The Mayor of the Municipality of Centar Nedžad Ajnadžić and the Director of the Institute for Emergency Medical Aid of the Sarajevo Canton Adem Zalihić signed today the Agreement on the allocation of premises - the point of Emergency Medical Aid for the area of the Municipality of Centar.
I am glad that this agreement has been reached. I thank of course the ideas that were primarily defined by the health council and it seems to me that we are the only or perhaps one of the few local communities that has formed a health council according to federal regulation and law. Of course, among other things, this is an idea that came from this health council ", began Nedžad Ajnadžić.
A mobile medical team will be installed and equipped in Miss Irbina Street, and they are guided primarily by the idea that the doctor and the medical vehicle should be as close as possible to the patient.
"In that sense, we think this is a good step forward. As the mayor of Centar, I am focused on making the medical treatment of this mobile medical team available primarily to the citizens of this municipality, and then to others. Today we agreed that the Municipality of Centar, in addition to equipping the space, will also provide space and a vehicle for use. During this year, we will provide another vehicle for hemodialysis and the necessary medical devices for the ECG ", he says and adds that he will procure additional small equipment.
With this move, as they say, they will put an end to all possible intentional speculations that there will be "these or them" in that area.
"In this area, there will be only those who will be ready to provide help to those who need help," said Mayor Nedzad Ajnadzic.
Director Adem Zalihić also addressed the audience on this occasion. He pointed out that he was glad that the Municipality of Centar received a stationary facility that will be able to be used by the citizens of this municipality, as well as the citizens of neighboring municipalities. He hopes that with the new equipment and another location, he will improve the chances for better efficiency in the field, because he will now be closer to possible accidents.
