11/30/2020 At around 2.30 pm, in the ambulance of the Central Emergency Room in Sarajevo, our fellow citizens asked for medical help, not knowing what would happen.
Namely, the patient suddenly loses consciousness during the examination and his heart stops working. The Sarajevo Ambulance team immediately begins advanced life support measures, and thanks to the new resuscitation wheelchair, all the necessary medical equipment was in the service of the patient within 10 seconds. After resuscitation procedures and delivered electro-shock, the heart of our 47-year-old beat again. Soon after that, the vital parameters of the patient stabilized, and with the words "uhh, I sank", he officially started his new life. With continuous medical supervision, he was transported to KCUS, where an invasive, diagnostic-therapeutic procedure was successfully performed with the prompt reaction of colleagues. After the implantation of two stents, the patient was kept in KCUS for further treatment and feels very well.
