Medical teams from Bosnia and Herzegovina, for a total of 25 health workers, will head to Sandzak tomorrow morning to contribute to the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
The team of the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo will be led by doc. Dr. Rusmir Baljić, Head of the Clinic for Infectious Diseases of KCUS.
Prim will also go from this health institution to Novi Pazar. Dr. Ilijaz Aslani, specialist anesthesiologist, Dr. sci. honey. Refet Gojak, specialist infectologist, Dr. Tarik Hajro, specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation, Dr. Muhamed Kubat, doctor specializing in anesthesia and Dr. Semir Hrvo, doctor specializing in infectology.
The Sarajevo Canton Emergency Medical Service is sending three employees. Emergency Director Mr.sci.med.dr Adem Zalihić, DMT Sedin Popara HMT instructor and Adnan Salčin, emergency medical technician instructor are going to Novi Pazar
The team from the University Clinical Center Tuzla will consist of six people, three specialists and three medical technicians, Dr. Vahid Jusufović, General Director of the UCC, told Faktor this morning. At the head of the UCC team is the surgeon prof. Dr. Zijah Rifatbegović, who has experience with surgical procedures of COVID positive patients.
