"At the call of the Sarajevo Ambulance staff at 11:05 am, we receive information that an injured person is on one of the promenades that is inaccessible on Trebević.
After the call, we gathered a team of 12 of our members, and we got in touch with the family of the injured and came to know about the locations.
At 12:10, we took care of the injuries on the spot, drowned the injured woman and carried out the transport with the help of citizens and mountaineers who found themselves, to a place accessible for medical transport by ambulance to KUM KCUS
