"THE FIRST CYCLE OF PROFESSIONAL LECTURES FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIANS HAS BEGUN"

On December 5, 2018, in the premises of the educational center of the Public Institution ZHMP Canton Sarajevo, for the purpose of continuous education, the first cycle of professional lectures for Emergency Medical Technicians of the Public Institution ZHMP KS began.
With the first lecture in this cycle, we were honored by our esteemed Master of Health Care and Therapy Elvedin Zukić, on the topic "The role of a nurse-technician in the emergency team". on the obligations and work tasks of HMT, as well as the fact that HMT, in the emergency team, is extremely important, and that it represents a very important link in the treatment of an urgent patient.
Mr.sci.dr. Aida Gavranovic - head of the educational center JU ZHMP KS in her introductory words, after greeting those present and wishing them a warm welcome, stressed the importance of this type of continuing education. She also stressed that an agreement was reached with representatives of official associations (chamber of doctors and chamber of nurses-technicians), that each exercise, course and professional lectures, organized by the educational center JU ZHMP KS, will be scored according to already agreed criteria. As a reminder, points earned by attending professional lectures and participating in other forms of education are needed by healthcare professionals to renew their licenses.
